Terms & Conditions
By working with Graphimotion, you agree to the following terms. These help ensure smooth, respectful, and successful collaborations on both sides.
Scope of Work
Every project begins with a shared understanding of deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Any changes to scope may require a revised quote and timeline.
Payment Terms
-
A 50%-100% upfront deposit may be required to begin.
Revisions
Unless otherwise stated, each project includes 2–4 rounds of revisions. Additional changes beyond that will be billed separately and agreed upon before proceeding.
File Delivery
You’ll receive the final designs in the agreed-upon formats — such as JPG, PNG, PDF, and others as needed.
Source files like .AI, .PSD, InDesign, PowerPoint, or Word can also be included based on our prior discussion.
Cancellations & Refunds
Projects canceled mid-way may incur a fee based on work completed.
Refunds are not issued once significant work has begun, but I’ll always aim to resolve concerns collaboratively.
Copyright & Usage
Once final payment is received, you own the final design or creative output.
Graphimotion retains the right to display the work in a portfolio only with your permission.
We do not resell, reuse, or recycle your designs elsewhere.
Client Responsibility
You agree to provide clear, timely feedback, necessary materials, and approvals to keep the project moving. Delays in communication may affect deadlines.
Confidentiality & NDAs
We respect your privacy. All shared information, assets, and communication are kept confidential. NDAs are welcome and supported upon request.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence in every project, Graphimotion is not responsible for any unexpected issues or damages that arise from the use or misuse of the final deliverables. By accepting the designs or materials, you agree that we cannot be held liable for any consequences resulting from how you use them.
