What do you need from me to start a design project?
To kick things off, we usually need:
A short project brief or description
TEXT/COPY/CONTENT you want included
Your brand assets (logo, brand guidelines if you have them)
Reference styles or examples you like
Deadlines or key dates
Don’t worry if you don’t have all of this — I’ll assist you figure it out.
What do you need to start on a logo design?
To get started, we’ll need the following details:
Your brand name and tagline (if any)
A short description of what your business does
Your target audience
Preferred logo style (e.g., abstract, geometric, wordmark, lettermark, emblem, pictorial, or combination mark)
Any inspiration or logos you like/dislike
Color preferences
With this info, we’ll begin sketching out concepts that align perfectly with your brand!
What do you need for social media graphics?
We’ll need to know:
The platform(s) you’re designing for (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Image/text you want included
Brand style or theme (if you have one)
Format (post, story, reel cover, etc.)
Any reference styles you like
If you want templates, we can create reusable ones too!

Finalized text/content (or we can help write or refine it)

Size and format (bi-fold, tri-fold, A4, letter, square, or custom sizes)

Brand guidelines (if available – colors, logos, fonts)
Purpose or target audience (e.g., promotional, informational, product showcase)

Can I see rough drafts or concepts before the final delivery?
Definitely. I will share designs for your review.
Do you create custom maps or infographics?

Can you work with my existing brand or visual style?

Can I request revisions? How many are included?
Yes! Typically, it takes 2–3 rounds of revisions, but I’m happy to offer unlimited revisions until the project is perfect and meets your vision.
What file formats will I receive?
We typically deliver your designs in multiple formats:
For print: Print-ready PDF, high-res JPEG
For web: Optimized PDF & JPEG/PNG
For source files: AI, PSD, INDD (on request), or any other format you may need.
Video & Animation Specific
What type of animations do you create?
I do 2D animation, logo animations, explainer videos, and animated content for social media and ads.
Can you edit videos I already have?
Of course! We can take your raw footage and turn it into something polished and powerful — or just clean up what you’ve got.
Can you help me create content for social media or ads?
Absolutely. We create scroll-stopping content formatted for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and more.
Do you deliver in multiple formats (YouTube, Instagram, etc.)?
Yes — we export in all required resolutions and formats, including 1:1, 16:9, 9:16, MP4, MOV, and custom sizes if needed.
Pricing & Payments
How much do your services cost?
Projects are priced based on complexity and scope. I’ll provide a custom quote after I learn more about your business and goals — no hidden costs, ever.
Can I get a quote before starting?
Of course. After our initial chat, I’ll send a detailed quote with deliverables, timeline etc.
Do you require an upfront payment or deposit?
Yes, we typically ask for a 30–50% deposit to secure your slot. This allows us to begin your project with full focus and commitment. I encourage upfront payments as they ensure your project is prioritized and completed to the highest standard. You’ll also receive unlimited revisions until everything aligns perfectly with your vision and you’re completely satisfied with the result.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfers, Xoom is a PayPal service, Remittly, etc. If you need something else, let’s chat!
Timeline & Delivery
How long does a typical project take?
Depends on the type of work:
- Logo design and Animation: 1 – 2 weeks
Brochure, Flyer Design 3 days – 3 weeks
- Animated video: 2 – 3 weeks
Full brand kit design: 3 – 5 weeks
We always aim for balance — fast but with quality.
Can you handle urgent or rush projects?
Yes, we offer expedited services for an additional fee. Let me know your deadline upfront along with all the content you have ready for the project and we’ll do our best to make it happen.
How will I receive the final files?
We deliver files via WeTransfer, Google Drive, Dropbox, or your preferred method.
Can I get the source files or editable versions?
Yes — One-click editable source files can be included in the package or added depending on the project. Just let me know your preferred source file format before we get started.
Do you back up projects after delivery?
I store your design files for 3–6 months after delivery in case you need anything re-sent or decide to add extra pages/slides later on. For repeat clients, I often keep files stored for years to make future updates or projects even smoother.
Working Together
How often will we communicate during the project?
We’ll keep you updated every step of the way — usually via email or chat — so you’re never left in the dark.
Can we jump on a call or video chat to discuss ideas?
Yes, we can.
Do you sign NDAs or confidentiality agreements?
Of course. If you need a non-disclosure agreement signed, just send it over.
Will I be working with you directly or your team?
You’ll work directly with me.
